I am a postdoc in computational neuroscience at Liam Paninski's lab at the Columbia University Statistics Department and Columbia's Center for Theoretical Neuroscience. I was recently awarded a Robert Leet and Clara Guthrie Patterson Trust Postdoctoral Fellowship.
Before switching to neuroscience, I received my Ph.D. in theoretical physics (mesoscopic physics/quantum transport), in May 2007.
My thesis research was focused on non-equilibrium interaction effects in disordered systems such as quantum dots as well as in ultracold atomic gases.
