A great image viewer Posted on June 10, 2009 11:24 AM by Andrew I used to display my .png files using the default viewer in Windows. Then Aleks told me about Irfanview. It’s much better.
You might try XnView as well. I moved from Irfanview to XnView – they're both good, but I found that XnView was a bit nicer.
Irfanview is really good for resizing photos for email. You have options for shrinking down pictures (MB) to an emailable size.
It completely agree with that that the browser of images FastStone is good, and free. Very much I advise.

IrfanView does indeed rock, on so many levels.
We are in complete agreement.
That is all. :)

FastStone Image Viewer is also pretty good and it is freeware.
