According to Amazon, the second edition was released March 5, 2005. There are numerous used copies available (interesting comparison between the new and used prices). Are you perhaps referring to a third edition?

I dunno. I was just reporting the contents of an email I received from the publisher. Going to their link, it looks like the second edition.
