Information for Speakers

Schedule
The talks run from 12:00 to 1:10 PM. Tea is at 11:30AM. An informal lunch generally follows the talks. We hope to meet with speakers during the morning and afternoon after the lunch.
 
Place
We are on the tenth floor of the School of Social Work Building (1255 Amsterdam Avenue). The Department office is is in Room 1005.

Equipment
The seminar room is equipped with an LCD projector with cables for connection to laptop computers. There are also blackboards and a regular overhead projector for transparancies. Contact Prof. Liu for specialized equipment needs.

Send a title and abstract a week or more ahead so that we may post an announcement.
 
Reimbursements  
Please also bring your travel receipts so that we can prepare the paperwork for reimbursements. For travel expenses or honorarium please complete and submit a W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification. (http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf)
